The paper manufacturing process is a multi-step process which deploys a series of pumping solutions. The entire process starts with preparing of raw materials. Next, wood is converted into small chips and processed with various chemicals. Next, the pulp is cleansed of impurities and refined in the screening and bleaching process. Then the pulp is squeezed to form thin sheets. Then these sheets are dewatered to remove over 90% of water. Finally, post drying, the sheets are sent for packaging.
The role of water separator pumps is vital in the process as a large quantity of water needs to be removed from the initial pulp.
