JTFP Series

CENTRIFUGAL AIR-COOLED HOT OIL PUMPS

Air-cooled pumps offer a lot of advantages and have their own set of applications. The JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps keep the process industry in mind. The pump is of horizontal, single-stage, single-suction volute type and has a closed impeller. Two robust ball bearings support the shaft to provide extra stability, giving the pump a hear-resistant mechanical seal. The suction flange is on the front and in the axial position, while the discharge flange is at the top in the radial position.

APPLICATIONS

Food Industries

Our JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps are extensively used in circulating super hot oils in a controlled and reliable manner in the manufacturing processes of food industries.

Heating Installations

As the name suggests, our JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps are designed to handle hot fluids in challenging conditions; hence, these pumps are used in various heating installations like boilers and furnaces.

Petrochemical & Oil Industries

The best use of our JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps is handling high-temperature oil and other fluids in the petrochemical and oil industries at various stages.

Plastic & Rubber Plants

The manufacturing processes of plastics, rubber, paper and even timber demand pumps which can handle very hot fluids; hence our JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps are used.

Construction Industries

The JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps are very stable in handling high-temperature liquids; hence, they are used in various construction industries.

Textile & Synthetic Fibre Industries

The synthetics fibres industries, along with other similar production units like textile, dyeing and printing materials, need high-temperature circulating fluids and hence deploy our JTFP series centrifugal air-cooled hot oil pumps.
